14) Deletion of data

The data stored by us will be deleted as soon as the data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was intended and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations.
The statutory retention periods are six years in accordance with Section 257 HGB for trading books, inventories, commercial letters, opening balance sheets, etc. and ten years in accordance with Section 147 AO for books, records, receipts and other tax-relevant documents.
